APUまで20分の一軒家（庭&ガレージ付）に入居者募集中です！（12月から来年6月までいつでも入居可能）😆 私が一年間マレーシアにいないので、その間に住んでいただける方募集中です。場所はseri kembangan で、one-southやCoG付近にあります。交通手段は、GrabやRapid-On-Demandがあり、APUまで20分弱で到着します（共有の車あり）！車、バイク持っている方はもちろん利用できます。👍️ 庭には毎日猫ちゃんが遊びに来るので動物好き推奨です。🐱 マスタールーム入居可能で、家賃は1200RM(光熱費・水道代・Wifi込みで不動)となっております。男女ともに入居可能です。お気軽にご相談いただければルームツアーなどできますので、よろしくお願いします。🙇🙇🙇 We're looking for tenants for a house (with garden and garage) 20 minutes from APU! (Available anytime from December to June next year) 😆 I'll be away from Malaysia for a year, so I'm looking for someone to stay with me during that time. The house is located in Seri Kembangan, near One-South and CoG. Transportation options include Grab and Rapid-On-Demand, and it's less than 20 minutes to APU (shared car available)! Cars and motorbikes are also welcome. 👍️ A cat visits the garden every day, so animal lovers are encouraged. 🐱 The master room is available, and rent is 1,200 RM (utilities, water, and Wi-Fi included).
